What We Do at 360 Payments:
360 Payments provides payment processing solutions for small, mid-size and corporate businesses. Originally founded in Campbell, CA, the organization is transitioning and rapidly growing in the Tulsa market. We currently work with over 4500 clients and are likely to double in size within the next year. We are also expanding operations behind the scenes to provide additional services to further assist our clients.
What you’ll do:
- 35% Handle inbound customer calls (10-20 calls/day) dealing with billing, account maintenance, tech support & equipment sales
- 35% Manage tickets submitted through ZenDesk ticketing system via email
- 20% Utilize critical thinking skills to seek solutions for non-scripted problems that customers encounter
- 10% Training & development
